About the Event:

The pandemic and lockdown forced many employers to send employees home to work and required them to rethink their policies around remote and hybrid working. Now, over 2.5 years later, employers are still struggling to define their strategy on remote work and how to effectively manage their workforce.

In this webinar, we will explore employee sentiments and how you can design your work strategies to support both the business and the desires of your employees. We’ll share tips on managing productivity, culture and engagement, and pay programs.

Learning Objectives:

  • The state of remote work and employee preferences
  • Strategies for addressing remote/hybrid work challenges
  • Practical tips for determining your remote pay strategy
