Virtual Roundtables

We’ve had a steady group of MACA members join and contribute to the experience-sharing - Virtual Roundtables.  Leverage your MACA membership to be part of the conversation and join us for a 30 minute roundtable discussion.

We encourage bringing topics you want to discuss with the group.  Each roundtable there are standing topics as well, which include a continued discussion around return to work, vaccine mandates/testing, remote working, merit/budgets along with other compensation and benefits changes.  This month our discussion will be around possible changes to the standard 3% merit budgets for 2021, incentive plans, and compensation framework around remote workers and geographic ranges.
