Description of Program
Given all the home office time many of us experienced, I have had some time to reflect on the “big picture” of incentive compensation. I will plan to ramble on (within reason) on topics such as:

I will steal with pride (but give due credit) to guru studies and surveys to support my ramblings. But I don’t wish to ramble alone, my hope is for our precious time together to be an interactive conversation (i.e., please share your pandemic ramblings too)!

About our Presenter

Larry Kramer has over 20 years of incentive compensation experience across 5 industries / consultancies. Larry is currently the Senior Director of Global Performance Incentives at Johnson Controls, Inc. here in the Milwaukee area. He was once an officer and still currently an eager member of the Milwaukee Area Compensation Association for several years (actual number of years escapes me). Prior to Johnson Controls, Inc., Larry has dabbled in variable pay for GE Healthcare, Sealed Air, York Risk Services, TAP Pharmaceuticals (a former joint-venture of Takeda and Abbott Labs) and ZS Associates. 

Larry holds (but I put them down on occasion) a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in cartography/geography from University of Wisconsin and a master’s of business degree in marketing / international business from the University of Chicago. He has lived in the Milwaukee area for the past 23 years with his wife Katie, 2 sons Max and Ben (currently at college), dogs Walter and Otis (pictured above) and two bunnies Snowball and Elena.
