Description of Program
Unemployment rates and increased competition for talent are just some of the external forces organizations face in their efforts to maintain base pay equity and avoid pay compression. To address such challenges, Froedtert Health, an academic hospital system with 13,000 employees, developed an innovative approach to defining and establishing pay equity while simultaneously adjusting pay ranges and responding to market demands.

Theresa has over 20 years of human resources and compensation experience in a variety of industries, including consulting, consumer products, manufacturing, and healthcare. Her work has included aligning base pay process with pay equity objectives, redesign of foundational organizational compensation programs, and development of incentive pay strategies. She is currently the Director of Compensation for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Theresa holds a master’s degree in counseling and an MBA from Marquette University.
