JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

In the role of Sr Total Rewards Partner – Compensation working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Total Rewards Team supporting the US and Canada Sales function in all aspects of compensation and beyond. 

This position reports to the Manager, Total Rewards - Compensation and collaborates all members of the Total Rewards team, HRBPs and the business to drive the design, structure, and administration of compensation programs.  The role will ensure strong governance and local compliance of all compensation programs. The role will work closely with other partners including talent acquisition, external vendors, legal, finance, payroll and GBS teams to ensure alignment, administration, and communication of assigned programs. This role will also administer the sales incentive compensation program within Canada.  

Responsibilities

  • As a subject matter expert on all facets for total rewards, develops great relationships to supports assigned client groups across North America. Applies procedures and guidelines to ensure compensation programs are internally equitable and externally competitive. Develops creative solutions to support business objectives while still upholding the guidelines and philosophies set forth for the entire company.
  • Supports the annual compensation planning process. Works cross functionally with GBS, Payroll, HRBPs, Benefits, PM etc. to ensure the process is executed effectively and on time. Is the expert in the annual compensation process for client group proving support and advice.
  • Reviews and stays up to date with trends in the compensation space. Annually reviews benchmark data for accuracy and implications for assigned client groups. Preforms analysis and provides recommendations around adjustments needed to existing programs. Identifies and solves challenges in creative ways ensuring full insight of downstream impacts and long-term consequence.

REQUIREMENTS:  

Experience and Skill Required

  • Previous experience in a role that required direct interaction with HRBPs and the business
  • Strong Excel, data analytics and understanding of business financials
  • Ability to have difficult and emotional conversations in a professional and productive manner
  • You value and respect differences and believe diversity with inclusion is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture
  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and previous experience in the use, interpretation, and application of external surveys, internal job evaluation criteria, and salary and incentive administration
  • Ability to tell and communicate a story with analytics
  • You have demonstrated analytical skills, are detailed-oriented and have a passion for data accuracy
  • You love a challenge. You plan and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities, drivers, and environment and provide external data to support these
  • You build relationships and collaborate to troubleshoot and get to the desired outcome
