COMPENSATION:

Compensation: $42.00 to $52.00/hour base pay with commission eligibility from $16,000-$22,000 annually.

JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

As a technical HR Consulting Manager, you will support clients and partner with other Cura Consultants to meet the needs of the client engagement. Engagements are typically focused on larger client initiatives and include internal program re-design and implementation; improving efficiencies with systems and processes and augmenting the employee experience. In this role you may facilitate and lead, project manage, and execute work for Cura’s clients related to total rewards, compensation, benefits, and systems.

What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and track progress for multiple client plans, in line with Cura’s Client Management Practices, tools, and technology.
  • Lead and support workflow and development for HR Consultants and Associates.
  • Consult with leaders to develop and facilitate programs related to total rewards.
  • Assess and manage the implementation of HR technology needs.
  • Define and implement change to optimize HR processes and practices.
  • Conduct analysis, audits, data, and process reviews, where needed, in order to ensure efficacy and accuracy of systems.
  • Lead, manage, and execute against client engagements related to total rewards and HR operations (e.g., open enrollment, performance and total reviews, compensation planning and training).
  • Manage total rewards functions and programs for outsourced clients (benefits, leave, compensation, etc.) with support from client employees and/or Cura Consultants and Associates.

  • Deep experience in compensation or benefits and functional experience with HR systems and payroll.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, HRIS and payroll processing platforms.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology, tools and processes in a timely fashion.
  • High level of professionalism and confidence.

What you will need

  • A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in compensation or benefits, managing and executing functional projects.
  • Experience working in HR for organizations of varying size, complexity, ownership structure and/or industry.
  • Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide a high-level of customer service to team members and clients.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development; engagement and participation in Cura Knowledge Share professional development meetings/events.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed and to Denver/Boulder metro area for occasional in- person Cura team meetings.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Environment and Conditions: Working conditions are generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Travel may be required for periods of time.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and speak. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Part Time (minimum 30 hours/week) or Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week).
