As a Compensation Director, you will provide a broad array of compensation services and advice to diverse industry organizations to develop compensation programs that align the goals of the organization with their talent strategy. Research compensation trends, conduct market analysis, and compensation modeling to ensure competitiveness, equity, and expense control in the design of the total compensation structure.

Milwaukee Area Compensation Association (MACA) is a professional organization of compensation and human resources specialists from the greater Milwaukee area. MACA provides members the opportunity to obtain and exchange information on plan design and industry trends on topics such as base pay, variable compensation, employee benefits and policy deployment.
