Reporting into the Compensation Manager, this role will support the day-to-day responsibilities of IDEX’s broad-based compensation function. This role will work directly with our global HR business partners to support the business and to translate business strategy into solutions.  The successful candidate will support IDEX compensation programs through a combination of analysis, vendor management, data administration, and systems maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide market pricing and internal equity analysis in support of business unit and corporate requests.
  • Participate in ad hoc compensation projects that may include, program design and implementation, global salary structure midpoint development and communication, and global job matching.
  • Support year-end compensation processes focusing on merit, bonus, and equity awards.
  • Support and administer the IDEX recognition and bonus programs.
  • Provide reporting, reconciliations, and analytical support to support compensation, human resource, and finance requests.
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the IDEX survey library including survey selection review, survey submissions, analysis, and making survey data available to business HR.
  • Assist with ad hoc compensation related requests.

  • Consultative skills.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources Management, Finance, Information Systems or other business or analytical field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, analytics, or related consulting experience.
  • Workday experience preferred.
